National Alliances and National Action Plans

(Work Package 1 - Lead Partner: FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany)

  • Establishment of cross-sectoral National Alliances including representatives from the arenas of policy, practice and research
  • Development of National Action Plans through a cooperative planning process to implement the IMPALA Guidelines

 

Summer School for Stakehholders

(Work Package 2 - Lead Partner: University of Jyväskylä, Finland)

  • Position sport organizations to take leading roles as promoters of HEPA through sport via capacity development by developing, implementing and participating in an international Summer School for Stakeholder

 

Coordination and Communications

(Work Package 3: Lead Partner: FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany)

  • Communication between project partners and the European Commission
  • Ensure that the project meets its goals in a timely fashion
  • Attainment of high quality work in addressing project milestones and deliverables

 

Evaluation

(Work Package 4: Lead Partner: Research-based Parnters)

  • Evaluation of quality of the project work and results of IMPALA.net.

 

Dissemination

(Work Package 5: Lead Partner: ISCA, Denmark)

  • Dissemination of project results
  • Organization of an international conference for Stakeholders
